Your sweet babe could weight anywhere from 7 to 9 pounds at this point and is 19-22 inches long. Baby is the size of a watermelon!

 Here are a few symptoms women most commonly experience during 40 weeks of pregnancy:
Contractions: Be sure to monitor these closely. Consistent contractions at regular intervals may mean the time is finally here!
Bloody Show: If labor has begun, you will see a change in your discharge. It will have a pink or brown color to it.Â
Nausea or Diarrhea: This could signify that labor could be starting. Some physicians say it’s your body clearing out and making more room for your baby. However, it could just mean you ate something that your body doesn’t agree with.
