Your Body at 30 Weeks

Here are some common symptoms you may be experiencing at 30 weeks:

Hip Pain: The ligaments in your body are loosening in order to prepare for delivery! One more sign that the big day is coming!

Shortness of Breath: Baby may have already dropped but if not, you may still be experiencing trouble taking a deep breath. Not for long though!

Braxton Hicks Contractions- As your body prepares for labor and delivery, you may experience Braxton-Hicks contractions more and more. These practice contractions will be felt in your lower abdomen and will come at irregular intervals.
