-It’s time to start thinking about feeding baby and whether you will breastfeed or bottle feed. There are many benefits to breastfeeding, however fed is best for both mama and baby!
If you do plan to breastfeed, I would highly recommend taking the Milkology Breastfeeding course! I took it with my second daughter and it helped more than I can put into words!
The class is taught by a lactation counselor who seriously knows her stuff. You can check out the course curriculum here.
