15 Lactation Recipes to SERIOUSLY Increase your Milk Supply

As a new mother, there are so many things we worry about. From safe sleep to those precious baby milestones, we are constantly worrying about all the things we should (and should not) do to provide the best for our baby.

With both of my breastfed babies, keeping my milk supply up was always at the forefront of my mind. I would aim to consume things I knew would help support a healthy milk supply.

Over the two years that I breastfed, I tried out a TON of lactation recipes. I’ve rounded up the top 15 in this post!

There are a few key ingredients you are going to see in these recipes that you may not be familiar with, such as Fenugreek, Flaxseed, and Brewer’s Yeast. These are called galactagogue, or supplements that help support healthy lactation.

These key ingredients are what make these recipes capable of increasing your milk supply.
