When it comes to bringing a baby into this world, a good playlist can make a big difference.

Now your choice of songs completely depends on the mood you want to set. When I delivered Emmy, I chose to go with soothing and relaxing music that had a positive message. Others opt for pump me up, running a marathon style music. You could even create two playlists for different moods. The choice is yours! But either way, take some time to create your perfect labor and delivery playlist before you due date!
